What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the Lily Pad splash pad are mixed. Many visitors praise its safety features, such as being fully fenced and supervised, which is ideal for young children. They also appreciate the clean bathrooms, ample shaded seating, and the availability of snacks and drinks. Some found the pricing reasonable and the atmosphere less crowded than other splash pads. However, significant criticisms include a lack of clear communication regarding adult entry fees (which are not always listed online), inconsistent application of entry policies, and a strict 'no outside food' rule. One group reported issues with adults being refused re-entry while young children were left unsupervised, leading to safety concerns and frustration with staff and supervisor attitudes. Other negative points mentioned are that the splash pad appears smaller than pictures suggest, and some equipment suffered from low water pressure, clogged spouts, or was entirely non-operational, leading to a short and disappointing experience for some children.

Visited for the first time today and i was highly impressed and the splash pad was beyond my expectations. I love that it is fenced and there is always someone supervising. The bathrooms are clean which is a HUGE plus. It is not crowded compared to most splash pads around another huge PLUS. Plenty of sitting and the price to get in even as a non resident is a great price. We will definitely be coming back. ❤️ they have snacks, ice cream, drinks and food to sale and that was also great.
Enjoyable for my 3.5 year old with my 5 month in tow. I liked that they had tables and chairs in the shade to cool off. Also really appreciated that the splash pad was fully fenced in so didn't need to worry about the toddler running off.
PSA: adults have an entry fee that is not mentioned on website and no outdoor food. My friends and I did a mommy play date here at the lily pad. I was the first one to arrive and advised I’m paying for 1 kid, which my total came out to $12 NR I was like wow that’s expensive. (They did not say to me it’s $6 per person entering the pad). I paid my $12 and entered waiting for my friends. My friends came which was 3 adults and 8 kids. They paid for all 8 kids Residents charge. they entered the pad we sat for 25min and the kids got hungry, we stepped out the pad to eat by the park the kids finished eating and went back to the pad while we cleaned up, 1 friend went to the pad to watch the kids, the lady refused to let her in saying she doesn’t have a wristband. We were confused because how do you let kids in unsupervised and not the parents. I was allowed back in because I had a wristband. The lady still refused my friends back in until we called the supervisor. It was a mistake on their end on not charge the adults and advising of the charge. Also a biggg mistake letting kids in the pad without parents and refusing the parents in the pad unsupervised. Mind you the kids are 4 and under. The supervisor let them in and then tried being disrespectful with his tone about other kids who weren’t ours.
Such a great neighborhood spot for families to escape the heat. All policies are clearly posted, so anyone taking issue with these can clearly not read. Ignore the negative reviews and go check this place out, you’ll be glad you did.
Was disappointed. This place looks much bigger in the pictures online. Not much water pressure and many of the spouts are clogged or just trickle. My kids were looking forward to using the squirt cannons but all 3 weren't operational. After 20 minutes, they were ready to go. Hopefully this gets resolved so we can come back.
