The pool at this aquatic center is clean and well-maintained. It’s a good place for kids, with amenities that cater to families and younger swimmers. That said, I noticed some concerns regarding lifeguard attentiveness, especially around the kids’ pool. Most of the lifeguards on duty appeared to take their responsibilities seriously, but a few were visibly distracted—often by conversations with other lifeguards. This is concerning in an area specifically designed for young children. While parents are always the first line of defense when it comes to watching their children, lifeguards are there to provide an added layer of safety. Their focus must be constant and undivided. At this facility, I observed lapses that shouldn’t be overlooked. Even one inattentive lifeguard can put safety at risk. I’ve visited several public pools, and in terms of lifeguard vigilance, this location unfortunately ranks the lowest. The facility itself is nice, but improved oversight and training for lifeguard staff would make a significant difference.

I love this pool. And pool, kiddy pool, etc. **Life guards just need to enforce certain rules.(or relearn them) Such as no snorkeling with the mouthpiece so people can swim freely underwater without coming up. I had to say something. then, the life guards finally intervened(3 saw him doing this 3 said nothing) . So the mother got mad at me, instead of following rules. I do not need a young teen doing this while myself and 2 daughters are in there too.**

I have lived in Morton Grove for almost 30 years and since I can remember I have been going to this pool after they renovated it and it was beautiful I always love it the only thing I would like to talk to the manager or whoever is in charge of the hours before was they were open until 10 in the morning night for the children was until 9 pm and then we could stay for an hour only adults now they close at 8 three days and at 6 pm on weekends I DO NOT AGREE, one pays to be able to be comfortable with the children and it is not Perhaps, they have to think that there are parents who work during the day, others in the afternoon and our children wait for us to take them to the pool but they close very early, hopefully, and return to the schedule from a while ago. Thank you
