Rehm Pool offers a variety of aquatic experiences across four distinct areas, including a wading pool, a soft-surface play zone, a diving well with a unique climbing wall, and a zero-depth pool with slides and sprinklers, catering to all ages. Many reviewers praise its kid-friendliness, ample space, and attentive lifeguards, with some describing it as clean and not too crowded. However, significant criticism is directed towards management, citing poor staff service, prejudice, park cleanliness issues, and a restrictive cooler policy. Additionally, the non-adjustable and frequently too hot shower water temperature was a point of dissatisfaction.

There are 4 different pool/play areas. 1) Wading pool for babies and toddlers 2) Soft surface play area with a water feature, see saw and spinner. 3) Diving well with drop slides, climbing wall and diving boards. The climbing wall in the diving well is a unique feature. Fun to climb up and drop off into the pool. 4) The large pool with the tot splash pad. This is a zero depth pool that goes to 3 feet with a small water slide and variety of sprinklers. There is a small connection to the large pool that is 3ft to 5ft deep.
Overall great pool, but the water temp in the showers is not adjustable and is frequently too hot. Would love to just shower off my toddler and skip bath time but that almost never happens due to the temperature.
New management is needed at this park. The staff is a bunch of slow kids. The park is dirty and you can’t bring in a cooolwr no bigger than a six pack. What can you keep cool in a cooler that size. Whose idea was this BBB these people are robbing the people blind. When they get mad a t the kids and don’t like them they tell them to leave. Oak park district are you aware of the poor management going on at rehm pool they are to comfortable and need to rotate staff. Very poor services and the management is very prejudice people. I wouldn’t wait my time going to this place save your money.
Friendly staff, attentive yet not overbearing lifeguards, clean and not too crowded. Great family experience.
Spend the day swimming at Rehm Pool. Kid, picnic, diving and swim areas afford many activities for all ages. Plenty of space and life guards around. Can do laps, play basketball or test skills at diving or climbing. Very kid friendly with plenty of shade, splash areas and toddler swim. Would recommend coming before 2 pm for best swimming and crowd.
