What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this pool are predominantly negative, with significant complaints centered on the staff's professionalism and attentiveness. Patrons reported lifeguards being rude, yelling at children, and inattentive (including one instance of a child nearly drowning while lifeguards were on their phones), alongside concerns about their youth and inexperience. Other criticisms include an excessive number of strict and inconsistently enforced rules, long waiting times for entry, and staff giving incorrect schedule information or being generally unhelpful. A critical safety concern about the lack of chlorine was also raised. In contrast, one review offered a positive experience with 'nice people,' and a lifeguard's perspective acknowledged many rules but stated they are for patron safety and that the pool is well-staffed, despite a 'weird' swim schedule.

lifeguards are rude and yelling at little kids they have over 10 rules to get in the water does not have chlorine. the lifeguards are talking n on there cellphones on one side where there’s no kid while my son was drowning on the other! i would give this place a zero. worse pool i been to all year ! all lifeguards are no older then 18 idk how they are running this place this is really bad.
At this pool, the rules are very strict, and they leave you waiting outside for a long time to get in. Some staff members aren't in a good mood; they make a bad face when you ask them something, then they change the schedule, and when you arrive, they tell you different times.
Very dumb staff how are they going to let you in the first time then deny entrance the second time due to no swimwear? It makes no sense
I love it. Nice people
As a lifeguard at this pool, I would say it's well staffed, and it may have a lot of rules, but it is all for patron safety. The swim schedule is a little weird, but there are a lot of opportunities to swim. Just don't come 5 mins before the swim ends bc most of the time, we won't let you in. We close on the 20th of Aug, so if you have time, swing by the pool. Here is a schedule for this last week.
