What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the ice rink complex are mixed. Positive feedback highlights that it's a good place for ice skating, with great classes and teachers, and that the ice rink itself is nice, with some long-time patrons considering it an 'awesome place'. However, several significant negatives are reported: staff can be rude, particularly regarding photography rules which are not clearly communicated upon entry and are inconsistently enforced (e.g., kicking out for photos while others lift children on ice). Rental skates are criticized for poor quality, lacking edge, and hygiene concerns as they are not sprayed between users. The facility also lacks amenities like food or a bar. Logistically, locker rooms are inconveniently located upstairs, challenging for those in full gear, and Live Barn streams do not display the scoreboard.
Reviews
We were at your skating rink today with a big company, the employee kicked out for taking pictures, that it is not safe, although when I was taking pictures there was no turnover, we did not interfere with anyone! Thank you spoiled the day, although they could have done with a warning, at the entrance no one told about such important rules, I did not sign any papers, and here I received today such a disgusting review, at the request to return the money, they returned me to the ice, but these were very unpleasant, I would have been happy to leave if I came only with my children, I will not come here again, believe me there is a better attitude and ice, and workers, Staff in a red jacket separately hello! Another moment were people who lifted their children and skate! And where is safety in this case? I do not understand, for taking pictures so rudely kicked out is beyond rudeness!
Very good place for ice skating. Great class and teachers
This review is for the ice rink complex. There is a full sheet here. The locker rooms are upstairs and you have to go up and down in full gear which can be challenging for little ones and goalies. Bring a blanket or a heated vest. No food or bar here. If you're going to watch live barn from here just know you cannot see the score board nor is it superimposed on the screen.
Coming here since I was a kid. Still an awesome place.
Ice rink is nice but the skates leave a lot to be desired. My skates had zero edge and wouldn't allow me to turn at all. Plus they do not spray the shoes between users. They ask you to tuck in the laces and immediately place them back on the shelves.
