What are people saying (AI review summary)? This facility receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, particularly for its friendly and passionate staff who genuinely love dogs and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Many reviewers highlight the therapeutic benefits of swimming for dogs, especially those with conditions like elbow dysplasia, and appreciate that the facility provides all necessary items like towels and toys. Customers often travel long distances and return frequently, attesting to their dogs' enjoyment and the staff's dedication to safety and health. However, there are some criticisms: one customer was upset about being charged a separate fee for a tech evaluation for their elderly dog despite vet approval and prior visits, leading them to seek services elsewhere. Another review suggests offering an introductory swim session, as they paid full price for a 30-minute session but their dog was stressed and only swam for 10 minutes, making it feel not worth the cost.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My German Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix love coming here to swim. My GSD has elbow dysplasia, so the swimming is a wonderful exercise for him. The staff is so friendly and you can really tell they love their jobs. They go above and beyond to make sure your dog has a positive experience. We live an hour away and go at least once a month!
I wanted to make an appointment for my elderly dog to swim, which her vet, a professional with over 30 years experience and who has known my dog for 7 of her 10 years, said it was fine. However the facility wanted to charge me a fee for a tech there to evaluate her first? Are you kidding me? We’ve been here plenty in the past but will go elsewhere from now on.
We took Lincoln there for the first time today. He had an absolute blast! Therapists were awesome with him and their passion for what they do shines through. No need to bring towels or water toys…they have it all! We are going back next week! Thanks for a fun time…we have a tired pup now!
Should have a introductory swim session to see if your dog likes swimming before you pay the full price. I paid full price. My dog looked stressed first time swimming. I told the person in pool with my dog after 2 minutes my dog looked stress which made me stress watching. So after 10 minutes my dog was done. My session was for 30 minutes. Paid $40 for 10 minutes. Not worth it
I love this place and so does my pup. The staff is great and they take the safety and health of the dogs very seriously. Highly recommend!
