My son has to get evaluated on his swimming skill for a rowing camp. It was Friday afternoon and just say it was an eventful morning prior to the test. We came from north Chicago to an event in Naperville and head out to Superior Training. With road constructions and accidents to bypass along the way, we knew we couldn’t make it to the early afternoon appointment. Kristen took my call to rescheduled but even with that, we were a bit late. Walking in unsure of what will happen, Kristine was so kind still to take him. Of course, it only came to my realization then that I forgot the printed form she needed to complete the evaluation! With such calmness, Kristine gave me the email address I can send the form to her. She printed the form out and proceed to the testing.!! Talk about A+++ service!!! If all their staff or instructors are like her, I wish I live close by to enroll my son to their programs! The pools are clean and organized. They have 2 individual shallow pools that are separate from 2 pools for laps and 6 ft deep water.

We started swimming classes few weeks ago and my son can do a lot only after few classes. He feels comfortable with his instructor and can’t wait for his next lesson. We went to different place before and after few months there was no progress. And at Superior Training it’s really visible. Classes are smaller than in other places which I really like. Instructors are really nice and update with the progress after each class. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Also they give medals and diplomas after completing the level 😀

Just had our first class here. Father of 3, 5 and under. We had a Saturday 9:30 class with one of their competitors that cancelled while we were on the car ride over. Looking for a last minute option to get our now upset kids some promised swim time, we called Superior Training. From the moment we interacted with them, their customer service was phenomenal. Their manager Stevie was responsive and flexible. They got us fully registered and into a later class in no time. Kids had a blast and loved their instructors. Ratios were phenomenal. The owner even came up and introduced himself. I don’t know if I’ve had a company make a better first visit impression on me. This place won our business.

We started our 3 and 5 year old with swim lessons at Superior Training after trying multiple swim schools and not being satisfied with their progress. In just 5 months both girls are swimming confidently and independently and love going to their lessons. They are learning the proper technique for backstroke and freestyle and breathing techniques. The teachers are patient and kind as well as the staff and we couldn’t be happier with their progress. Hoping to transition to swim team as they move up with their skills. Highly recommend Superior!!

We love swim lessons at superior training! My son has been doing lessons here for about a year - he has made great progress and he also loves going to his lesson. Staff is great and we love that lessons are on-going until you want to stop. Highly recommend!
