What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this swimming facility present a mixed but largely positive picture. Many parents highly commend the professional, patient, and skilled coaching staff, with several specific coaches (Ava, Ash, Samantha, Kamren, Alison, Emerie, Karine, Kylie) receiving individual praise for their effectiveness in helping children, including those initially fearful of water, make significant progress and gain confidence. Children are reported to love their classes and show quick improvement. The facility is often described as clean, well-maintained, welcoming, and well-organized, offering affordable options, flexible scheduling, easy booking, and clear communication. However, one detailed negative review highlighted severe issues, including a refusal to honor prepaid sessions due to facility closure and lack of follow-up, a lack of instructor consistency leading to poor rapport and progress tracking, initial instructor unawareness of a child's experience level, dirty changing rooms, and frequent class cancellations due to staff unavailability. Another review also suggested an area for improvement in staff retention to help build long-term relationships between coaches and young swimmers.

My daughter, 14 month old, is at level 2 and enjoys her classes so much. Coaches are very professional and reinforce safety skills in every activity. Hats off to coach Ava and Ash!!!
Our 3 yr. old granddaughter loves to go to class and is doing great in just 4-5 sessions. Her other grandparents even mentioned how much better she is doing in the pool. Samantha is a patient, yet productive, coach. We really like her! It’s affordable and they have many times to choose from. It definitely gives our granddaughter confidence and us peace of mind.
This is an excellent swimming facility—clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. My son absolutely loves going there and always looks forward to his lessons. The coaching staff is top-notch, especially coaches like Kamren, Alison, and Emerie, who have worked closely with my son and made a big impact on his progress. That said, all the coaches we’ve interacted with have been professional, patient, and highly skilled. The facility is also well-organized, with a good balance of structure and fun in the lessons. Booking sessions is easy, and communication from the staff is clear and prompt. I’ve already recommended this pool to two of my friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for high-quality swim instruction in a positive environment. One area where they could improve is staff retention—it seems like some coaches don’t stay for long. Building long-term relationships with familiar coaches can make a big difference, especially for younger swimmers, so I hope they focus more on retaining their talented team.
Karine and Kylie are amazing swim coaches. They are kind, compassionate and gentle. At 6 years old, despite many attempts to teach her myself, my grand daughter Echo remained deathly afraid of the water. I am thrilled to say it only took 2 swim lessons at Aqua Tots for her to feel comfortable enough to put her face in the water and float on her back. These ladies encourage her in a way that I couldn’t. Thanks to Karine and Kylie
I wish I could give them zero. Hear it from me, terrible experience and rip off. My 2 boys used to go here, until the little one got a stitch on the forhead and the doctor said he should not swim for a while, so many many make-up sessions started to pile up since we live far and I did not want to drive for one kid. Once we were able to, I scheduled the make-up sessions in the span of about 2 weeks. On our first returning session, they called us an hour before we left to tell us the swimming pool was out of service and thar they would follow up with us once it is fixed. Mind you, we only had about 2 weeks left with them since I was cancelling the membership because the sessions were not that great and not worth the money. They never followed up, not even an email. School started and life went on. I then remembered months later that we had about 10 sessions total that we never attended because of THEIR broken swimming pool. I went to them and they took 0% responsibility and refused to make-up not even a single session. So we are just out the money, just like that. By the way, during our first session, they did not treat my 2 year old as a beginner, he was so scared and uncomfortable. Turned out the instructor did not even know it was his first session ever. Yup. Each session, you get a different instructor, so there is no rapport or stability, or routine. The bathroom and changing rooms were always dirty. They would also at least 1/4 sessions call you to cancel a session or try to re-schedule you because no instructors are available. Oh, and because you get different instructors each time, they don't even know where the last instructor left off. Please save your money. Go to YMCA or something. Anywhere but this place.
