This is hands down the best water park I’ve been to with kids! I took my toddlers and they had the best time!! They loved the lazy river. The place is pretty quiet for a water park and they make it so much fun with music and games. I suggest getting there earlier for a seat because it fills up quickly! The food was delicious as well, we will be back!! You have to park at the resort unless you reserved a Cabana. They have a bus that drives you to the water park.
The 3 days we spent at the water park was truly amazing. Our servers Graham at the Concho cabana; Alex & Addi at the lazy River cabana offered us attentive friendly customer service, thank you. Food is truly gourmet, try that grilled cheese sandwich, omg, i still craving another one. My granndaughters loved the snow cone truck. The shuttle ride was their highlight. Huge thank you to the lifeguards that make our caretaking easier. I had visited few waterpatk hotels in the area and this one is #1, truly, 💯. It offers so much to do
I thought it was a great time! There’s a small pool (3ft deep) with a slide and some basketball hoops. There’s a large children’s play area and a lazy river on the smaller side (again 3ft deep). We had a Resort Pass, and I probably wouldn’t go again. It costed us about $50 a person. You never know until you try! We got there right as it opened, and mainly stayed in the lazy river. It got to a point around 11 where there was already too many people for comfort and I was kicked about 20 times by children swimming around in the lazy river. When I got out and tried to lay and enjoy the sun, I was ate up by mosquitoes SO bad (which I am allergic to), so that was our cue to leave. It feels like there’s SO many chairs for not a lot of water? I can’t imagine what it would be like at 3 PM if 11 started feeling cramped. Not that I was expecting like a Hawaiian Falls type of water park…do you get what I mean? I just liked floating in the river for a while. Try it for yourself! I think if you have kids and get a cabana it would be worth your time.
Freya who is works in the ladies room was The BEST. Always working, attentive, kind, and above all customer oriented. She has the best attitude. She is 5 stars. But this review is for the water park so I rate the park at a 4 because when I ask to close my tab, close it, don’t tell the customer “I’m going to leave it open in case your order doesn’t come right” after I said I want to close it. You asked me if I wanted to leave it open or close it. I said close it please. You declined my answer . You’re making choices for the customer and I don’t like it. I knew I was on a time crunch and would have to leave in a hurry. So later on I am standing with all my kids at the server stand waiting to close out. We did have a server early Wednesday 8/6 in the big kids play park area, and he was so great! Awesome customer service. As far as the water park, very clean, Freya was Awesome, food is resort prices.
Overpriced but beautiful! The staff is mostly young friendly ppl. Loved it
