I’ve had a wonderful experience at 24 Hour Fitness Castle Hill! The gym is always clean, well-organized, and very well maintained, making it a great environment to work out in. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the manager, Brett, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. You can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for their members. I always look forward to coming here — it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been a part of!

I joined for a few lessons but I am planning to continue. The distance from my home is perfect. The instructor (Liz) was my favorite. Flexibility of schedule was perfect.

Had scheduled my son’s swimming appointment for 10:00 am and no one showed up for his swimming lesson. I received a text saying the instructor was late due to weather but after the text I waited for 30 minutes and still no one showed up. I am very disappointed in the system 🙁
