The price was good and shipping was quick, but do not expect the type of service you get from other online stores. And only use them when absolutely sure of what you are buying; their return policy is terrible, and it's impossible to find on the site. I purchased some forms for a water feature we were building ourselves on the weekends. It took a little longer than planned, and we ended up not needing the forms. When I emailed to get an RMA, I was told, "Under our return policy we do do not accept items back after 30 days of purchase." These were two unopened boxes in perfect condition. I understand it was my mistake in making the purchase to begin with, and I would have gladly paid the shipping to send them back. Now I'm stuck with forms I don't need, and they have my $120. ***Edit: After calling and speaking with Dan, he agreed to accept my return and refund the purchase amount minus a 25% repackaging charge. I'm changing my rating to 4 stars; however, I can't stress enough the need of being absolutely certain about your order before you place it.

Great price on hard to find Stegmeier pool forms and automatic cover track adapters. Dan was very friendly and also provided order status updates! Highly recommended!

Needed some forms and needed them super last minute! Called and spoke to Dan on Monday and we ordered them on the phone he helped with with the best shipping to get them to me with in the 3 days i needed them. He was very helpful and super friendly. The forms are actually showing up a day before we needed them to as well. Super fast shipping! Thanks Dan

Charge $200 for a case of sealant. Shipped it in a flimsy box which was dropped. Drop damaged the tubes. Box returned as per instructions and “disappeared”. No sealant. No refund. No integrity.
