My son really enjoys getting out of the house to come here. He says the staff are very nice and ready to help. I have used his pass to visit and i was very impressed with everything there is to do! From the class we took to the sauna! Beyond impressed! I really liked how the staff was ready to help and got us the equipment to try the pickle ball. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. If you forgot your lotion… no problem they have top of the notch bathroom stations nicely equipped. My som enjoys playing basketball in the indoor court. It’s huge and plenty of space! Many times he has engaged in fun matches with peers his age. Every one is friendly.
It’s a really nice, high-end gym and it’s usually super clean, so I do enjoy working out here. But the membership price keeps going up and it’s starting to get a bit ridiculous. The weight room is also pretty small for the size of the place, so on busy days it can be hard to get a machine. I really wish they’d expand it — it would make such a difference. That said, if you’re mainly there for the classes, they definitely make space for those.
They don’t adequately supervise/care for kids in kids care. It has gotten out of hand, especially Saturday mornings where there are hundreds of kids and only a few staff members. Also the gym is very overpriced for the amount of strength training equipment you get, Frisco athletic center is 1/5th the price for a family of 4 and is never as crowded Not worth the price for awful management
If you want an elevated experience working out, come to lifetime and ask for Andrea, Jamie, and Eric! Best service with a clean and refreshing facility. Influencer friendly - Fridays are the best days!
Good facilities, class schedule and amenities! But poor rule enforcement. Seeing dozens of people in Sandals or Barefoot on the workout floor makes it feel like I’m back in college working out at the Rec Room. Lifetime is very expensive compared to other options in the area; would be nice to feel the extra price leads to a elevated gym experience.
