Shaded family-friendly facility featuring a lap area, an obstacle course and a splash area for the little ones.
Specific, consistent pool temperature information for Pleasant Glade Pool is generally not publicly advertised online. As a seasonal outdoor pool, its temperature naturally fluctuates with ambient weather conditions and is typically unheated, relying on solar warming during operational hours.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Pleasant Glade Pool is highly praised for its affordability, cleanliness, and family-friendly amenities. Visitors frequently commend the attentive and friendly lifeguards and swim instructors, as well as the ample shaded seating. Kids particularly enjoy the obstacle course, the large pool with rafts, and the shallow wading area with splash features, which is appreciated for its safety rules for small children. Basic amenities like restrooms and snacks are available, and the pool can be rented for events. The primary drawback noted by patrons is the confusing signage and navigation, with unclear directions to parking behind the elementary school and Google Maps often leading to the wrong entrance. Additionally, the pool can experience increased crowds on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays due to summer camps.

that witbit obstacle course is Fun! and cheap access 10/10 would recommend
My kids loved the small/shallow area while they were learning how to swim. Now, as older kids, they still love the buckets of water that dumped out and the fact that they can touch the ground in the deepest area. The big pool and obstacle course are so much fun. Their day passes are super cheap and totally worth it. Lifeguards always seem to be paying attention and are very friendly.
My kiddos are signed up for swim lessons at Pleasant Glade Pool. The pool itself is very clean and the instructors are so patient and kind with the kids. We have enjoyed their lessons so much! The pool itself is a little confusing to get to - you have to park behind the elementary school and there is no signage that makes that clear. As of July 2024, Google Maps takes you to the service entrance, which is not helpful to actually get to the pool as a patron. There are plenty of shaded seating areas, which I appreciate as a parent watching my littles in the pool. There’s a large pool with rafts to climb/ play on and a smaller wading pool/splash pad area that has a height limit. (I appreciate that there is a posted rule about the wading pool area being *just* for small kids to make sure it’s truly safe for babies and young children!) There have been lifeguards on duty each time we have come here. There are restrooms at the entrance and they sell drinks and frozen snacks, as well. A great little pool overall that my family really enjoys!
Such a great spot!! Heads up, they said over the summer they have camps come on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You may want to reach out to see the timing. We were there on a Monday and from 12:30-2pm it was filled with kiddos but once they left we had the place almost entirely to ourselves. Lifeguards were helpful, kind, and attentive. Good spots in the shade for lounging. And very affordable! My kids loved it and we will be back.
It's the high school pool that's open to the public. We did a birthday party there and rented one of the shelters. The kids loved the obstacle course. Good times
