I have purchased a couple of hot tubs with Texas Hot Tubs during the past 8 years and they have always exceeded my expectations from Todd in sales to Alex in service and everyone in between! Alex went above and beyond recently when he found a sensor that need replaced. I can’t thank these folks enough for all they have and continue to do for me and all of their customers. Great store, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Justin spent A LOT of time with us teaching us the ins and outs of hot tubs, as we had never owned one. He didn’t pressure us or try to sway us in any direction. We really appreciated that. He set up the delivery and install and was very responsive in the days after when we would call with questions. If you’re thinking of getting a new spa, I would definitely recommend checking out this store and seeing the variety of products they offer. Ask for Justin!

We had initially picked out and ordered our hot tub from a competitor of Texas Hot Tub Co. which shall remain nameless (I don’t remember the name). Our fairly large pergola was just in its infancy stage of construction so when they told us it would be a 3 month lead time, it wasn’t an issue. Fast forward 3 months and I contacted them only to be informed the hot tub we picked out had been discontinued. No notification, no phone call, no nothing. We went back to that store and got our deposit back and went straight to Texas Hot Tub and was absolutely astonished at the wide selection they had on display. The only issue we thought we might have is the size constraints we had initially allowed for the hot tub. Much to our surprise, Justin was able to not only find the size we wanted, but he even had several beautiful models for us to choose from that would fit our space and they delivered it in one week. Don’t make the mistake we did. Go to Texas Hot Tub first. You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend Texas Hot Tub!! Matt made sure that everything we needed was taken care of on the hot tub that came with the house that we bought!! Not only is the hot tub in great working condition…they cleaned all of the rust stains around the head pieces and vacuumed all of the debris out of the bottom of the seats!!!! That was an unexpected and wonderful surprise!! AND, when we needed a new filter Matt delivered it to us since we were on his way home!!

Texas Hot Tub came to do an "Ultimate Hot Tub Refresh".The techs were terrific in keeping me informed of their anticipated arrival time. They were great about explaining what they planned to do and also took initiative to call in about a possible slow leak. Jimmy answered all my questions and offered suggestions on keeping the hot tub clean and properly running. They even cleaned the cover and applied Scotchgard to protect it. Everything was neat and orderly when they left. Great job!!
