Town creek has been my home for the last few years and it’s been nothing but amazing to my family and I. The staff and the office are friendly, helpful, and nice. Maintenance guys are the best of the best because they get your work orders completed within the same day or next. The complex is always well kept and a beautiful place to live!

I recently moved from this complex, overall it was a good experience. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly and never had German roach problems. The area was quiet and always felt safe walking around even at night. My only somewhat bad experience was that my apartment was close to the playground so kids often would park their bikes in the car parking spaces. Being heavily pregnant and still working having to walk even a little extra was very inconvenient or at times having to get out the car to move the bikes just to park was frustrating. However, I did speak the parents of the kids responsible for doing that before bringing it up to management, they respectfully acknowledged the issue and apologized so the people are very nice and understanding. Overall, I do recommend this complex.

I want to express my appreciation for our amazing and incredible front office Staff! DeAnna and JoAnn are wonderful and very helpful. They have stood with our problem and created work orders to get them rectified. Their kindness, commitment, and tireless efforts truly make our stay pleasant here. Huge shout out for Jospeh, Lamont, maintanance staff at Towncreek as well. They are exceptional at handling and resolving any concerns swiftly and efficiently after the work orders are submitted. This marks my fourth year in the community, and I continue to have a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience! I’ve live in Town Creek for 3 years, since I moved to Texas. I am relocating and will be moving out this week. I didn’t want the opportunity to pass to say how Welcomed that I have felt throughout my time here. The property manager, JoAnn and her staff are timely and accommodating for any of your needs. Deanna, the office manager is always prompt to make sure that she can help in any way when you call. Joseph and Lamont, who maintain the property and address any needs in your apartment are kind and helpful and quick! :) They do community events and have a summer cookout as well as special treats for the children off the school buses at holidays. Overall living here made my assimilation into a new place so much easier and I will miss them all! -Jennefer

I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team and property manager at Town Creek. They are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, Lamont and Joseph are always courteous when addressing any concerns. The property manager is equally helpful and responsive, making sure residents feel heard and valued. It’s refreshing to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares about the residents and the upkeep of the property. Highly recommend!
