This company is amazing. I just had an inground pool built and didn't know my builder wasn't going to do the chemical start up. They immediately came out as soon as the pool was filled (literally the day after I called them) and took care of everything. Their staff was so kind and walked me through everything I needed to know as a first time pool owner.

They held the warranty in our pool so we just continued service with them. No communication, skipped service appointments, broke our equipment, stained the bottom of our pool using cheap chemicals with heavy metals. We couldn’t be more disappointed.

If there was a negative the stars 1 is being super generous. They carry our warranty on pool so why not let them clean 2nd in 4 months our Polaris broke Part on back order. Then our pool which we pay for has not been serviced Or cleaned. Multiple calls either not replied to or ignored Algae all over my pool & green. On July 4th weekend Their customer service is terrible If you cannot handle b honest so we can get another company!!!

Being a new first time / new pool owner we had a lot of questions regarding how to handle keeping everything in good working order with the big freeze we're about to get. Nicole (i hope I'm remembering that correctly) and Brian were so very helpful in answering all our questions and giving us good advice on what we need to do. I highly recommend!

We are very thankful of Grant's knowledge and quickness with his repairs. He is very professional and a nice guy who does a great job. He has replaced our pool filter and had done miscellaneous work on our heater. We are always satisfied with his work! The only problem is that everyone wants him at once. If we could only clone him everyone would be thrilled! Thanks again for all that you do guys!
