I recently enrolled my child in Aqua Tots, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! After a scary swimming incident with another coach, my kid was understandably apprehensive and didn't want to leave my side, let alone get in the water. The staff at Aqua Tots, particularly the assistant manager, were incredibly attentive. They noticed my child's apprehension and made a special effort to sit with him during the entire class, providing the support he needed. Grace, our instructor, did a fantastic job encouraging my child to keep trying his best while making the class enjoyable. By the end of the session, my child went into the water and said he had fun. He is now excited to come back for more lessons! I love that Aqua Tots prioritizes swimming safety while ensuring the kids feel like they're having a great time. Knowing I’m giving my child an essential life skill in such a supportive environment is comforting. I highly recommend Aqua Tots to any parent looking to instill swimming skills and safety in their little ones!

My daughter loves aqua tots and so do I! The app is super easy and convenient to look at your child’s progress and upcoming classes. They even offer make up classes for any classes you need to cancel, and you can reschedule whenever there is an open class! If you ever need to call, they always have someone at the front desk to answer the phone (which is not the case for many swim schools today). The only downside is the price. It is more than I would like to pay for swim classes, but you are definitely getting what you pay for. Also, your child is more than likely to have a different swim instructor for each class of the week. This was not really a problem for us (except for each instructor having to figure out where my daughters skill level was at for each class), but I think some children would do better with the same instructor for every class. (You could definitely get the same instructor if you wanted, but your options for classes would be a lot more limited) Overall, I’d highly recommend this swim school.

We have been coming here since my daughter was 6 months old and now have two kids enrolled. Our daughter is now 4 and loves her teacher, Leila, as do we; she is so patient when our girl is distracted and more interested in socializing rather than swimming. Our son is 1.5 years old and his teacher, Jay, is so encouraging and always has a positive attitude, even when the babies scream through the entire lesson. I recommend these teachers and this school for any parent looking for a safe and loving place for their kids to learn how to swim.

I really do love coming here. It gets us out of the house and the pool is warm, but as far as the teaching goes...well there's only a select few coaches I've had that actually do a good job trying to teach. Catherine is who I have been trying to get a class with for a long time because she is polite and knows what she's doing and is interested in teaching my son how to do the skills we're working on. I like her alot! But the other reviews are not wrong there has been a ton of turn over, but I think that's a natural cycle sometimes so I can't hold that against them, but it is a bummer for my son who needs consistency and a routine. I do also agree that some coaches say hes doing amazing then others are like he needs to work on this, but he has completed 100% and should be moved to level 3 once he turns 2.5. He can't float by himself though and I feel like that should have been mastered at this point Catherine will get him there I am positive!

Heard about this place from a work friend that swears her kids are good swimmers because of the classes they took here. My child has been attending for about a year and a half, and he is a great swimmer! He has progressed through three levels! He loves earning the stars and feedback from the app and feels like the classes are fun. Occasionally he’ll have a hard time with the increased turnover of the staff there, however, I feel like that is what has helped him gain adaptability skills and additional swimming skills. More instructors means more exposure to teaching styles which matches more learning styles. I LOVE the cancellation policy! With how much kids get sick or life happens, it’s nice to know I still get what I paid for. The front desk staff are always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’d recommend this place again and again! Update! Our fave coaches over there are Jay and Leila! Our kids look forward to classes with them every time! Thanks so much for being awesome!!
