It's a nice place for the kids to go have fun. My kids love the slides. And it has plenty of chairs and shade!!
After hours and hours of swimming I was very VERY hungry. As I was walking up to the window I saw a soft faced female employee awaiting my order. I asked for her, Ashley’s, recommendation and she suggested the soft pretzel with cheese. I was NOT disappointed. The sourdough base and cheese explosion complimented the sourdough base so much. I recommend the sourdough pretzels.
“Lifeguards” are bitchy and don’t want to be there, seemed to be annoyed by every patron. They’re all underaged so there isn’t a sense of real safety. We were there for 30 min before they decided to kick everyone out due to clouds and do not reimburse you. Soda machine was broken on the first day. Will not be coming back or referring it as a place to go.
I'm going to disregard that we were there less than 15 minutes before they shut down (total evacuation of all grounds) for distant lightning for over an hour and we lost our 30 dollars. They refused a voucher for tomorrow and pointed to the sign. Fine, our fault for not being aware of the rule. In that 15 minutes though, exhausted what could be done there. The slides are fine, and some of the fastest around, but the pool is oddly chlorinated (odd taste and smell), and overcrowded for its size. The pool is small and the max depth isn't over 4 feet anywhere. This pool has an identity crisis, it seems like it's for little kids, but why then the fast slides? Even if we weren't kicked out, for 30 dollars, still would be a 2 star for us, we were already bored. Will not be back.
Pool closed due to a kid having an accident. Family was only there an hour and they would not provide refunds. They said we could come back but we are not from the area and we're not waiting around for them to reopen. Poor policy on the part of this pool. No need to go back because it's extremely overcrowded with kids. If you want this type of crowd go to water world where there is more to do.
