Stopped in a few times during my week in Denver/Lakewood. Using the nationwide membership allowed me access, and the amenities were average but on par with most YMCAs. I’ll be back when visiting family.

Never too crowded and while the equipment isn’t brand new, they have everything you need. Full dumbbell set, bench and squat rack, and a couple cable machines.

I've been coming to this YMCA for my workouts, and while this facility location is great for me the customer service has been disappointing. I made an urgent request over a month ago, but it still hasn't been handled. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I feel ignored and frustrated. This experience has added stress and changed my view of this specific YMCA. I hope they improve their responsiveness to members' concerns to better assist future members!!!
