The lady at the front today had a horrible attitude and was so rude. We just got a membership to all the rec centers yesterday and wanted to just look around here. All others have let us. She also gave us an attitude about our daughter because we have two babies so I guess she assumed I couldn’t have two under two?. We had already scanned our membership cards so obviously we would have had a membership for her too and we knew we had to pay for her if she was over two years, which she is not yet. She literally stared us down as we were leaving. I was so excited about trying this place out too. I recommend trying any of the other rec centers in town!

The lady at the front is rude as ever. No customer service skills at all. The supervisor or manger Shannon was very nice. Overall the kids had a fun party.

Louise teaches my daughter's stingray4 class is the absolute best. He is strict, but patient, on time and has great energy for the kiddos. I cannot say enough about how amazing he is.

Had to ask for a refund on our parent and tot session because the pool heater was broken with no repair window. We want swimming to be fun, not traumatic.
