We started at Waterworks with "parent and me" class when my youngest was around 1 year old (now 8). He progressed through the levels up to level 12 and is now on the local swim team - HRA - where he was also just promoted to the next group level. My younger child (age 4) started lessons a bit later, also at Waterworks, and she recently moved from level 2 to level 6 in a week with daily private lessons at Waterworks. She loves the play pool to warm up before class as well. We are thrilled with the results from this place and with the super friendly & accommodating staff. The super warm water also helps a lot! And there are plenty of changing areas and restrooms. The parking is a breeze and the computer system easy to navigate to book single or ongoing lessons.
We have been coming to Waterworks for more than a year and are absolutely very happy with the swim lessons and the team.. Tyler thier manager is super helpful and accommodating.. my son is on Level 11 by learning from Tom and it has been an excellent experience with him.. my daughter is on level 7 was learning from Jack who was a Great lead teacher and we moved her to Alex who is very good at what he is teaching. The front staff including Mathew nd the girls have been absolutely helpful and polite and nice, the lifeguard AJ is so Kind, attentive and polite too . I have been taking private adult lessons too , we have been very happy with Waterworks.
We like Waterworks but our favorite thing is my son’s swim instructor, Justin. He makes good progress in swim instruction but he also makes it fun. We’ve had a few other swim instructor’s over time and they were fine but my son never looked forward to going to swim class until Justin was his instructor. He also has enjoyed the play pool for before/after class.
We’ve had a fantastic experience at Waterworks Aquatics! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the play pool is a great bonus for the kids before and after lessons. Tyler, the manager and instructor, has been amazing - super patient, professional, and genuinely invested in the kids’ progress. We’ve seen huge improvements in just a few weeks, and the structured yet fun lessons keep our little one excited to come back. Highly recommend!
We have nothing but good things to say about Waterworks. We started in the spring when our son (now 6) wasn’t making any progress in another local swim program. We immediately saw results. He went from level 2 and very unsure of himself in the water to a level 8, confident, and loving every lesson. His instructor, Alex, has really been able to individualize motivation techniques and skill work to our son’s temperament and abilities. We’ve started our daughter (3) in lessons now as well and are also seeing progress each week.
