We absolutely love Aqua-Tots in Berkley! The entire team is wonderful, but I especially want to recognize Tiffany and Karissa, they are amazing. They’re so welcoming, organized, and truly care about the kids. All of the instructors are fantastic and do such a great job balancing fun with learning. My children have made incredible progress thanks to the patient and consistent coaching, and I always feel confident they’re in a safe and encouraging environment. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly, always greet you with a smile and patient. I have had great encounters with each staff member on the phone and in person. Tiffani sat with me to help me figure out a good schedule for my kids who are at different swim levels. The customer service here is amazing. The instructors seem to always be pleasant and smiling. They work well with the kids and give you feedback on how your child did in the class. The facility is very clean.

It feels like a good safe environment with a comprehensive swim program. I’ve loved all the coaches we’ve encountered - they are very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. I love that they have a little postings telling you about the coaches and what they like. Sometimes I do a make up class. I’ll go over to the board and show my child. Something that they have in common with the new coach. The pricing structure is good. The class availability is good; nice clean facilities. I love the easy communication, billing and scheduling via the app. The staff has reached out several times to check in and encouraging us to come back when we took a pause - very understanding of challenges I had getting my little one comfortable and excited to return. We signed up our son a few years back for 2x weekly and while he was comfortable in the water, he wasn’t quite ready for listening so we took a pause. I signed up for the Stay Connected program to keep swim familiar. After 2 unsafe pool incidents I immediately re-enrolled him. It’s been 2 weeks since re-enrolled and I see a huge improvement. We now found the right times, frequency and instructor. He’s been excited about going and working towards graduating. Overall I like the facility; it’s always clean and organized (efficiently go through routine of line ups at door/call name/enter & exit pool/shower). Group class sizes are small (max 4). Other places like the Y are cheaper but limited times and large class size. Classes are in an enclosed space so we can’t hear them but I see very positive, encouraging interactions with kids and coaches. My son loves Coach Sam and now Coach Rachel. He loves being rewarded with a little snack after. They have a small convenience section at the front as well as some swim items; many times I’ve had to get an extra bathing suit or a swim shirt, pair of goggles etc and it’s so great to just charge right to my account. Overall, I’m happy with the pricing structure as well for what I’m getting it’s definitely worth the investment. After class you’re supposed to get a swim report; we’ve gotten them periodically not each time which is fine. Based on that they give recommendations for things to work on at home like blowing bubbles or putting face in water. I’ve been watching their videos on Facebook and doing the practice poses (Chicken starfish rocket) with him in preparation for swim. I’m looking for to him being a strong swimmer.

The staff are pleasant and very flexible. They have done an excellent job training my son to swim. After he completed all eight levels of training, they offered continued education with their swimming club. In this club he is able to compete and build endurance as a swimmer. They provide report cards to show progress after each lesson, incentives to promote growth, and a clean sanitary facility. I love it here and have recommended this school, specifically, to other parents whose children now attend classes at this establishment. If your on the fence about sending your child, just do it. It's totally worth the money and they will love it!

This place is amazing there teaching my Artistic grandson Cayden how to swim and i love it, his coaches Stephanie and Jaboc are amazing she gets on him when he is doing other things its funny lol and I love the relationship they have the staff is friendly and kind and always courteous he be excited as soon as we pull up.
