My son recently graduated, finish level 8. Very happy with overall atmosphere, friendly staff, flexibility: very much customer focused. My son enjoyed his entire swim journey. Will defiantly recommend.

Although quite pricey (especially compared to rec centers), the staff and environment are top tier! Friendly, knowledgeable instructors have helped my twins very much in the last month. My oldest daughter (now 14) also took classes at aqua tots!

I had one of the worst experiences at Aqua-Tots Swim School. While the swim training itself was truly impressive — the instructors are highly skilled, and the lesson structure is fantastic — the management completely ruined what could have been a great experience. Victoria, the manager, was incredibly rude, entitled, and completely lacked any sense of customer service. When I approached her with a simple concern, she was dismissive, condescending, and made it very clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. It honestly felt like she believed she was doing me a favor just by even acknowledging me. The communication from management was also absolutely terrible. Getting clear answers about schedules, policies, or even simple concerns was nearly impossible, and when you did get a response, it often came with attitude rather than help. It’s honestly heartbreaking because the swim instructors and the teaching methods are top-notch, but the management particularly Victoria brings the entire school down. Aqua-Tots could be one of the best swim schools around if they had leadership that actually respected and valued their clients. Until there are major changes in management, I would seriously hesitate before recommending this location.

Definitely super pleased with Searra's professionalism, she is the best trainer my son has ever had, her excellent ability to work with children, her great patience and love for my son make me realize that she definitely loves her job and is highly trained! Thank you Searra for your great work💪

Aqua Tots was a great experience for our two girls. They gained an incredible amount of confidence and ability through the instructors. We are so happy with the entire experience!
