Overall this used to be an ok gym but recently it has become very gross. No one is enforcing wiping down equipment or re-racking weights. Im paying a ridiculously high price to have to clean up after other people who aren't being respectful of the equipment, space and other members. There doesnt seem to be any consequences for them though and it's getting worse by the day. Management was regularly sending out surveys but that stopped a few months before it started to become so nasty and unkempt.

I've been going to this gym for 2 years. It has greatly improved during this time. New equipment, all areas are clean. The staff are friendly for the most part. The clientele are respectful for the most part.

I would have given them a better score, but the front desk guy had zero people skills and was a smart ass. Maybe it's because I m from out of town and he doesn't need to be polite. Once past the front desk the gym was clean and weights were put up. Seriously the experience was killed by the front desk.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, however I cannot. This is by far the worst gym I have ever been to. It stinks, is constantly under renovation and lacks new equipment. A year ago I was extremely excited to start working out here and begged my mom for a membership. I unfortunately did not get a tour when applying for the membership so I assumed it was like the one in five forks. WRONG. We applied for the family year long contract (again not knowing what we were getting into) and went on our way. I have been to this gym maybe ten times at most in the last year due to how terrible it is. I have tried many times to cancel my year long membership but it is simply way too expensive and not even worth it. If you are looking at getting a membership here be extremely thorough when going over your contract and walk away while you have the chance. Crunch and planet fitness are better.

It was an ok gym but ever since the ACAC management took over I have decided once my membership period expires I will be switching gyms. I joined because of the flexible hours and they have cut back on gym hours across the board. I find myself paying for a gym and not being able to go. $42/month is a ridiculous fee for a gym with little to no leg equipment and moderate cleanliness in the locker rooms. If I could cancel my membership now and switch to PF I would. Had high hopes with Sportsclub but ACAC ruined it.
