What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility is largely praised as a great place for families and a wonderful neighborhood amenity, featuring an excellent playground suitable for various age groups (1-12 years) with diverse activities and age-appropriate slides. The extensive pool area is highlighted for its spaciousness, large shallow ends ideal for toddlers, a fun kiddie splash pad with squirt guns, and two large water slides, making it suitable for both young learners and older children. Additional amenities include newly repaved tennis courts with night lighting and a covered picnic area. However, a significant recent concern (June 2025) points to dissatisfaction with pool cleanliness (leaves and bugs) and staff management, specifically regarding lifeguard attentiveness and training. Residents expressed frustration over the perceived lack of service and maintenance given the high HOA fees paid.

Love that the pool has a big shallow end where my small kids can walk around!
Awesome pool with two large water slides, shallow-water splash pad and covered areas for beach chairs
Dec 2023 - nice play place for both age groups 1yr - 5yrs & 5yrs - 12yrs. There's plenty of space to park, lots of things for the kids to do and the slides are small enough for the toddlers to go at on their own while the larger sized ones are good for the older kids. I like this place so much better than the new Sanderford Park in our neighborhood. June 2025 - this visit was to use the pool. It was ok but I am disappointed in the management of the pool and the training of these "kids" running the daily operations. Residents pay a whole lot of money to maintain our spaces. The pool should be cleaner. The staff needs some additional training to clean the pool. On this day it was full of leaves and bugs floating on the top and along the bottom. There were six "lifeguards" there to watch four individuals. Why couldn't one or two of them skim the pool before opening. They had one "lifeguard" on duty chatting to a second one sitting next to the stand. I'm not sure how much attention was given to the four individuals actually in the pool. I will be sending the HOA a nasty gram. We pay our dues, I expect more attention to our safety and cleanliness of our poola.
This is a GREAT PLACE for the family and a wonderful neighborhood to live in! Plenty of pool room with a kiddie splash area that includes giant squirt guns! Also a two story double waterslide!! Right next door are two newly repaved and painted tennis courts with night lighting. AND an AWESOME interactive playground area with a covered picnic area. Enjoyed time there!
