What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the water park present a mixed experience for visitors. Many families and children thoroughly enjoy the facility, praising its various attractions like the shallow water features, slides (especially 'the bucket'), and separate areas for lap swimming and diving. Several positive comments highlight great overall experiences, quality family time, and commendable staff service, with one staff member named Kimberly receiving exceptional praise for her outstanding helpfulness and customer service during a birthday party. However, one detailed negative review reported significant issues during a rented pavilion party. These included the pre-booked space being occupied and trashed upon arrival, a young pool manager struggling to enforce rules, and widespread disrespectful behavior from unsupervised teenagers and children. Furthermore, the party experienced considerable disruptions and pool downtime (half of a two-hour rental) due to repeated closures caused by 'poop in pool' incidents. This reviewer expressed frustration over a perceived lack of rule enforcement, poor parental supervision, and ultimately, felt the cost was not justified due to these disruptions and the limited usable time.

The experience was great! The children had fun. It's good that we spent quality time here. Thank you for the great service. Staffs are awesome too!
I attended a birthday party here, today. It was for my friend’s son. We had a space under the pavilion. It was a little chaotic trying to fit everyone, at first. But there was a staff member who came and saved the day! Her name is Kimberly! She seemed to be serving in multiple roles there and was AMAZING at all of them!!! She was very kind, extremely helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, AND she even took time to follow up with us several times to ensure we we had everything we needed. The park is really cool, but I am more of a customer service oriented person and they exceeded the expectations there, today, because of Kimberly!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Booked the pavilion for my son’s birthday party by the kids pool area. When we got there our party space was full of people and trash. I found the pool manager (a teenager) and informed her that I had this since rented and asked her if she could clear it out. She said she didn’t know there was a party… She asked everyone to move but the other teenagers there didn’t respect her nor did they move until I had to say something. While there, the other people where were extremely disrespectful of our party space and constantly tried to take it over when we had a back turned. There were teenagers and kids without an adult running around, cussing, flipping each other off, disrupting everyone else’s peace. About an hour into the party a kid pooped in the pool and they “closed it” for almost an hour. They kept saying it was reopening but would push back the time every time asked. I’m sure the lifeguards were enjoying their free “break” because when everyone moved to the other pool they all hung out in the back and did nothing. My kids cannot swim on their own so the deeper pool wasn’t an option for us. After the kids pool finally reopened it was closed again within 15 minutes for Ron another kid popping, or the same one WHO KNOWS?! And they just shut the pool down at that point. So moral of the story…. Kids are running wild because parent let them come up there by themselves OR the parent are there and don’t watch their kids at all and use the “free babysitters” aka lifeguards as an excuse. And these kids/teenagers run all over the lifeguards and nothing is enforced. Nothing. Something needs to change. And from the 2 hour rental we only got to use the pool space for half of the time. Not worth the money.
The kids love this pool. Lots of stuff to do and the bucket is a hit! Love the park near by too.
Great water park for the Sienna residents. The water is only 1'6" near the small slides with the water features (the bucket). There is also two larger slides adjacent to the kid area. Next to this area is another pool with lap lanes and a diving board.
