Water park at a resort with 3 pools and slides, plus a lazy river, and a poolside café.
Specific pool temperatures for Forest Oasis Waterpark are not widely advertised. However, as a premier resort amenity, it is typical for the pools to be heated to provide comfortable swimming conditions for guests, particularly during cooler periods or for extended operating seasons.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this resort are highly mixed, indicating an inconsistent guest experience. Many guests praise the property's beauty, the exceptional friendliness of the staff (including security, front desk, and valet), and the relaxing atmosphere of the waterpark, especially the lazy river with its ample shade and seating. Cabanas are frequently highlighted as a good value, offering convenient access to the lazy river, included food and drinks, and excellent service. Food and certain specialty drinks receive positive feedback, and the option for delivery to seating areas is appreciated. Some guests found the pool warm and inviting, and the resort is generally considered family-friendly. However, significant criticisms revolve around the high cost versus perceived value. Several visitors reported a negative experience with the main pool, describing it as overcrowded, dirty, green, lacking chlorine smell, and having an unpleasant 'trash' odor. Room amenities are often deemed subpar for the price, with complaints about non-functional heating, the absence of microwaves, minimal bottled water, and worn bedding (e.g., holes in duvets). Some guests felt misled about the existence of indoor pools or hot tubs. Food at the Spruce market is considered overpriced, and room service hours are limited. The overall sentiment suggests that while some visits are very positive, others are marred by cleanliness issues, amenity deficiencies, and the perception of not receiving adequate value for the high prices paid.

We spent a girls day-cation here as a little getaway. There were 5 of us and we shared a cabana. It included a HUGE bucket of delicious chicken fingers and fries, sangria, waters, and chips and salsa. The cabana’s are situated right next to the lazy river which was very convenient and away from most of the chaos. The drinks were great, and their service was fantastic. I would definitely go back, and plan on bringing my children along. It’s perfect for families!
Very beautiful property. Staff is amazing and friendly. James the security on duty was very pleasant. Anne at the front desk was an angel. Valet was top notch and friendly. Pool was warm and inviting. Wasn't busy or crowded and this Friday (may 26th) the lazy river and water slides open up. Would bring my child back. Online pricing is high if you're not a guest.
We have been here many times since 2019. Our recent visit was just not it. The pool was crowded and looked filthy. Seems like everyone has found this resort. The water was green. No smell of chlorine at all. There was also a really offputting smell around the pool- like the trash can smell was wafting around the pool. Lazy river was cleaner. Hotel amenities are mediocre. Nothing fancy. Holes in the duvet on the bed. Barely one bottle of water in the room. Room service (breakfast) from Harrisons was pretty good and decently priced. Spruce market is very overpriced-$5 for a can of soda. The reception area is very clean and smells divine but it is just not enough to have me come back. $1000 for 2 rooms for 1 night was just ridic and I will not be doing it again.
Awful experience came her for reunion with my kids and the amenities are crap why charge over 200 for a room no microwave in room nor is one accessible for you to use. The room heat was not working after getting out of pools you have an inviting freezing cold room to go to. They did send someone to fix heat, I was lied to over phone stated that there was an indoor pool and hot tub but there is not the weather was cool so over 200 for nothing and room service closes 9 pm don’t get hungry in middle of night you’ll starve
After a storm came and knocked out our power this week, we decided to have a mini getaway...2 miles from our apartment. hehe. This little waterpark is sooo relaxing. Not cheap by any means, but for a once in a while splurge to just relax...it was so worth it! We actually booked a room for a night, but we were able to start using the pool at noon and they called once our room was ready which was at about 230 that day. So for us, with the stay...we spent about $450 for a king suite with a living room. Looking at day passes for JUST the waterpark without the hotel stay...it would have been about $280. The trees surrounding the area meant there was plenty of shade throughout the day and considering we were under a heat advisory, but still able to relax OUT of the pool was nice. There is a little bar/food area as well as a sweet treat stand. You can start a tab and they will deliver your food & drinks right to you. Pictured is the beef nachos and quesadilla...we were really pleased with both. I got the strawberry lemon mojito first...it wasnt very flavorful, but the rum cooler (pictured with the pineapple)...made me feel like I was on a beach in Hawaii!! Sooo good and pretty!!! There is so much pool space...the first picture is just a small portion. There is seating literally everywhere...even by the lazy river which has lots of shade and is super relaxing...it even has a wading pool area for littles to play in. There are cabanas that can be rented, but plenty of seating all around. Very happy with our visit!!!
