Working with Janine was a real pleasure. I used her as a consultant to provide an assessment of my existing pool and existing pool issues. Her detailed assessment provided me the insight and information I needed to write a set of specifications for potential bidders for a pool update and refinish project. With the knowledge I gained from her report I am much more comfortable proceeding with the project. She was punctual on appointments and on responses to my questions. More importantly she is extremely insightful and knowledgeable on vanishing edge pools, the area where I really needed her expertise. Highly recommended.

After searching and interviewing a few pool builders for some time, we went with Pool Zones and Janine Wilson. We are so happy we did! From the start of sitting down and designing our outdoor pool/spa and wood burning fire pit area with pool zones to completion was a wonderful experience with them. Every step of the way we received emails on daily or weekly updates on what to expect with time and construction. Any question we had Janine was fast responsive to get back to us and so knowledgeable in the industry to help us learn the ins and outs of caring for our new pool/spa. The attention to detail that was given to our build was incredible. You can see the pride and love that goes into the build. Pool zones has brought to life our dreams of having our own oasis in our backyard. We recommend her and her company a thousand times over!!

Superior service paired with integrity and impeccable communication resulted in the best experience I have ever encountered when dealing with a contractor. It was a refreshing experience to work with someone who treated my project like their own. Janine’s attention to detail and constant communication is a rare find. Janine and her team were tasked with designing and building my pool in conjunction with our new home being constructed. Janine solely managed communication with myself, the home builder, and other contractors to ensure a near seamless pool building process. When met with potential hurdles, she was very thoughtful in how to approach and resolve. Following the completion of our pool, Janine has been present to resolve any imperfections, ensure all the equipment is fully operational, and that the chemical make-up of the pool water is above standard. Another testament to the high level of work Janine and her team perform is that our builder was so impressed with her work and management of the pool construction that he is now recommending her to his new-build clients. Thank you Janine and Pool Zones for building a beautiful pool for our new home for our family to enjoy!

We bought this house because of the the Pool!! The house id super nice, but the custom Pool is Exceptional! It really sold us on the house. It is exactly like one we would have built, but were fortunate enough to find. On top of that, Janine and her great staff were on top of everything with answers and support. Can’t say enough about them! If you are considering a great custom Pool, have Janine at Pool Zones start on one now during the offseason so it will be ready next summer when the HEAT hits!
