What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews describe a new pool area in The Falls as well-suited for kids, featuring two slides, a shaded zero-depth entry, gas grills, and a fire pit, though it is smaller than the original pool. The beach entrance is praised for younger children, and slides are popular with older kids. The overall pool area design is considered beautiful. An adjacent playground is also noted for its shade and child enjoyment. However, significant concerns were raised about lifeguard safety, with one review detailing an incident where a child nearly drowned due to an unresponsive lifeguard, Diane Romadina, who allegedly refused to intervene or provide manager details. Additionally, the splash pad is criticized for lacking shade, having broken features (fill and spill), and not being as engaging as other splash pads.

Went to the playground next to the pool. We were the only ones there, the tables had shade and my daughter enjoyed playing there.
Great new pool area in The Falls. This one is geared more for kids as it has two slides and a zero depth entry area that is shaded. Gas grills and a fire pit are in the gated area as well. This pool is smaller than the original pool (Jr. Olympic with lanes).
The pool is great but the life guards almost let our child drown. Diane Romadina was rude and irresponsible to a 7-year old girl going under for the third time while she watched. We heard her screams and ran and pulled the child out the water while all 3 lifeguards and people watched. When I asked her why she didnt jump in she said I was about to blow my whistle. She refused to give me her managers name and ignored my questions. Diane should be fired immediately before a child drowns
The pool area is beautiful, very nice design... splash pad is not the greatest. No shade, the fill and spill in the middle is always broken, and not as fun as others we've been to.
Love the beach entrance for my little ones. Slides are great too for the bigger kids.
