What are people saying (AI review summary)? Waterside Estates Community Park is widely praised as a beautiful destination for families and children, offering scenic lake views, diverse birdlife, and particularly enchanting sunsets and nighttime ambiance. While the community pool is appreciated by some, it has also been a source of significant disappointment for others. Negative feedback includes strict swimwear policies, such as turning away children for wearing basketball shorts, and safety concerns regarding a large, potentially dangerous water bucket in the play area. The kiddy pool is criticized for being unsuitable for both toddlers (too deep) and slightly older children (too small). Despite these issues, staff at the pool were noted for being nice and accommodating, though the promised splash pad remains uncompleted.

Waterside Estates Community Park is a beautiful place for kids and also for families. We spend some time there and we enjoyed and specially beautiful views with the beautiful lake and also the beautiful birds. Really it’s a nice place to visit. Specifically the sunset time was really special.
We love our community pool!
Very disappointing! My 6yr old boys have been waiting all week to go to their grandparents house just to go swimming! When we finally get here they got turned away because they were wearing “basketball shorts!!!” My kids have been swimming in the same shorts for 2yrs and have ALWAYS came to this pool in the SAME shorts! For today to be the day they got turned away! They do not even understand why they got turned away! Just left heart broken. They could of at least said this time ok but next time please have proper swimwear attire. 😞
The gazebo area is nice but this is not a place for young kids which was disappointing. The kid play area had a massive bucket that would drop so much water it could easily knock any kid over. Even the life guards said if you stood in the wrong spot it could almost knock them over . Very dangerous for kids, idk why they would have something like that ! The staff was very nice though and said they could turn it off for my little ones when no one else was there . The kiddy pool is tiny that 3+ don't really want to play there but yet it's to deep to let a toddler play there without having to hold thier hand the whole time... which of course they dont really want to do so its just exhuasting all around. I was told they are supposibly building a splash pad and it would be done back in July but last I saw all that's happened is the ground was being dug up still...so that's not promising.
Excellent remedy...at night it's fabulous...
