What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, highlighting both strong positives and significant negatives. Many praise the cleanliness, well-staffed environment, and the excellent, passionate, and knowledgeable swimming teachers, making it a good spot for families and kids' activities. Rules are noted as strict but necessary for safety. However, there are notable complaints, particularly concerning organized swim teams monopolizing pool lanes (up to 2/3), which often prevents general public use. A severe negative experience was reported involving a specific customer service representative, Robin, who was accused of rudeness, impatience, unprofessionalism, and alleged racism towards an Asian young lady, including selective questioning regarding entry. Minor points include an inconvenience of having to go through showers for pool entry/exit, and a mention of early morning lap swimming protocols changing from 50m to 25yd at 7 am, with 4 lanes for teams and 2 for public.

It shouldnt be allowed to have organized meet ups like swim teams, it very often hogs 2/3 of the pool. If everyone came at their own leisure it would be spread out over the day/week allowing random folks to enjoy the pool. I went 4 times and 3 of those visits I had to go straight home.
I had the worst experience today at this location due to a customer service named Robin. I arrived earlier than my husband and kid’s swimming card is in my husband’s car. When I entered the hall, this Robin asked me if I have the card, I explained to her, she was very impatient and stopped me, she asked me to have a picture of the card, I said I could ask my husband but he’s driving, not sure he could send over the photo right away. Robin said you can go. After my husband arrived, I hopped into the car& took the swimming card, scan it, Robin asked me AGAIN, are you picking up? I said my kid and husband are in the pool, she interrupted again and said” so you are picking up, ok?” I am so shocked you have “ customers service” people like this, is it because I am an Asian or a young lady? During the two conversations, a lot of people passed through without scanning the card, without being asked” what are you doing here?” Picking on me is a stupid move, racist Robin, you did not demonstrate any customer service skill, instead, you showed your rudeness, racism and unprofessional. A racist should LEAVE the team!!!
Great place to bring your kids for any swimming activities. The only thing I don't like is that you have to go through to the showers to come in-and-out of the pool. Other than that the teachers are super nice and knowledgeable And you can tell they care And are passionate about teaching.
Very Clean, Very well staffed. Nice spot for family to go and relax in the heat. Strict on rules but necessary to keep everyone safe. Would return again
Between 5am and 7am is for 50m laps - 4 lanes are for the swimming team and 2 lanes for public. Each time I’ve been there were no more than 3 people in the public section. At 7am sharp the lines are moved to 25yard widths. Yes they go from metric to imperial at 7am. Widths are fine but for long swim sessions I prefer lengths.
