This was my first time at this location and I will say that the nice young lady in the front office was awesome and her customer service is great! They should definitely keep her there! I was greeted upon arrival and that goes ALONG way with me! The PT I was assigned was a nice older lady who is very knowledgeable and she made sure she let my son and I know that she cares about his well being and not just say a few things and leave like alot of doctors do. So I really appreciated her for that. When I get their names I will update this post. Overall my experience was great and I will be returning! :)

Saw the one and only posting. NEXT.... PLEASE READ THIS UPDATE, RUN!! Well I did go to their Anaheim office. WISH I stayed with my first posting. NEXT.... I Walked in on first visit front office ignored me until they were done laughing and talking. No greeting. Terrible Front Office. All down hill after that with their rude treatment. But I think the company likes this type of treatment of their clients. I did call the Santa Ana Supervisor, no change. As you see I write only about the first people that are the representatives. PLEASE READ THIS AND RUN AWAY!!

My son it’s been doing very good because nothing it’s perfect in life I compare to ccs therapists he is even more happy to come to able therapy in Lincoln and Anaheim 👍🙏 thank to this places for all the attention for my son

Bedside manners are terrible, the staff comes in late. It's only a East Indies ethnic treating staff and not diversified employment.
