Gym offering fitness programs, classes, and a swimming pool.
The facility features two heated pools for various aquatic activities. While specific temperatures are not publicly listed on their website, YMCA pools are generally maintained at comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 80-84°F (26-29°C) for lap swimming and slightly warmer for recreational or instructional use.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The YMCA receives high praise for its swimming lessons, with instructors like Diane, Jay, and Kayla consistently described as amazing, patient, professional, and highly encouraging, creating a safe, fun, and confidence-building learning environment. Classes foster social interaction and include enjoyable activities. The facility also offers a full gym, sports areas, and various community programs such as Adventure Guides and martial arts. However, there are significant criticisms regarding operational issues, including inconveniently short summer pool hours (closing at 2 PM), the discontinuation of adult swim lessons, and the hot tub being frequently closed and unavailable. Customer service is also a major concern, with unnotified class cancellations, staff falsely claiming to have called, and rude or unhelpful front desk interactions, leading some members to question the value of their membership.

The pool hours for the Summer are really bad. Why would you close the pool at 2:00 pm during the busiest season of the year!!! I was a member of this facility for Avery long time and enjoyed their pool with my family during the weekends on a hot Summer day. They even offered Adult Swim lessons those are gone too. I hope this facility will re-think and improve by offering the old schedule they had before the pandemic. I want to rejoin but with their limited schedule and use of the pool is not worth the money.
Hot tub is always closed. The age for children to use the hot tub changed to toddlers and up. Since this change, the hot tub has been consistently closed and unavailable for use 3/7 days a week, sometimes more. Such a shame to pay a membership fee and be denied access to the hot tub so often. The use of the hot tub is helpful for muscle recovery and has many benefits.
Terrible customer service. We signed up our kids for swimming classes, and every time they get canceled, nobody informs us. We drive all the way there, and they confidently say they called us — but in reality, nobody ever did. And no one ever apologizes for such inconvenience. The lady at the front desk was rude and unfriendly.
Become a member today and start enjoying all of the benefits that the YMCA has to offer. This location has a full gym, sports areas, and a swimming pool. They also have several programs for the community to participate in. I recommend the Adventure Guides program for fathers and their kids. They also offer martial arts classes.
