Heated year-round. Seems to be a saltwater pool, which is nice. There is also a spa and kids pool that is also heated. There are restrooms as well. Only University Hills residents have access.

A nice large pool for UniHills residents. A small toddler pool (18" deep) is a safer option for babies and toddlers. The larger pool has a shallow section for the kiddos to safely play and a larger section for bigger kids and adults. There are usually 3 lanes open for lap swimming at all times. If the other sections of the pool are full, you may find families making use of ones end of the lane or the other. There is also an in ground jacuzzi that gets very hot. Has large restrooms with changing areas and outdoor showers. Overall, a great place for families and those looking for a little exercise.

Beautiful facility with well-maintained resources. Pool, hot tub, even a BBQ and outdoor seating area with Fireplace for guests. Water was warm (enough) and clean. Seating was plentiful. Great place to take the kiddos to burn off some energy :)

Great pool for residence. Wasn't too crowded. There is a lot of kids if you are looking for a quiet swim. Early morning swims are good for that.

Very nice neighborhood pool (residents and guests only). Also has hot tub. Bordered by an outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and grills that residents can reserve. Also has kiddie pool.
