West Coast Pool Covers was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and did a great job on our pool cover. We absolutely love it. They were easy to work with, we could always get a hold of them, they were helpful answering all of our questions, and would definitely use them again. We highly recommend them for your pool cover!

I'm pretty sure that you can buy quality pool covers a lot of places, and this company is no exception - you're going to get a quality product. But what makes working with Stefano great, and what I can guarantee not every company provides, is quality service and a user-friendly experience. When you're having work done on your home (especially as a first time homeowner), it really is the little, simple things that matter most, and those are all the things that Stefano does so incredibly well. When you call him or text him, he promptly calls or texts you back. When he says he's going to be at your home on a certain day and a certain time, he shows up, on time, as promised. If he can't make it or he's going to be late, he'll call and let you know. If he gives you an estimate, he'll stick to it. If something comes up or doesn't go as planned, he'll work with you to find a solution. Having taken on a number of projects in a new home, I can tell you that his level of professionalism and responsibility from other companies or service providers is absolutely NOT the norm, and it can make getting projects completed very painful. Stefano takes all of that frustration off the table from the first time you meet him - I genuinely wish I could work with him on everything I do at our house. Hire him with the utmost confidence.
