Although many other people say that the staff are rude I STRONGLY disagree. All of the staff we saw were very polite and patient including the lady at the front desk, the lifeguards, and the concession workers. We had trouble with the credit card machine and the lady was so nice about it. We had questions about the pool so we asked a lifeguard and she answered and acted bubbly. Now we didn’t actually get concessions but when walking past my child smiled at a worker and they smiled and waved back. Why I deducted one star is because the pool floor had so much gunk and hair and USED bandages GROSS! But a good thing about the pool is that you can walk into it and not get cold WHATSOEVER! I do recommend coming here with the family just maybe not by yourself.

Our granddaughter had a wonderful time here. The have both indoor pools and an outdoor pool. She lounged in the lazy river, crawled across floating pads, and played in the shallow water. There was also a rope that people can swing on into the pool, and a rock climbing wall, where if you fall, you just fall into the pool. The lockers for our stuff were inexpensive and large.

Fun for the whole family! Great way to spend an afternoon and well into the evening. They offer both an indoor and an outdoor pool, as well as a lap pool. Complete with a reasonably priced refreshment/snack bar, the Grove Cove is definitely a stop for families.

Lifeguards and staff are super nice! Low rating because the pool is frequently closed on little to no notice which is disappointing for kids.

They were really great and helpful when I was planning my son's birthday party. Between the water area (both inside and outside) and the huge inside playground, there was so much for us to do. Their prices were fair and the place well kept. If you're planning a party, make sure you call them way in advance.
