What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, but predominantly positive. Many members highly praise the extensive and upscale amenities, including a full gym, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, steam room, diverse fitness classes (yoga, barre, cycle, conditioning), and a cafe/bar with healthy options. The environment is frequently described as clean, beautiful, and offering a great atmosphere. The facility is also appreciated for its family-friendly features like kids' lounges, daycare, and activities, as well as unique offerings like assisted stretching and 3D movement analysis. However, one significant negative review highlights severe and recurring billing issues, where the member was repeatedly charged after deactivating their membership, leading to large unexpected bills. This reviewer also criticized the abysmal customer service, specifically the inability to resolve billing issues locally, and felt treated as if doing business with the company was a privilege, recommending alternatives like the YMCA or Equinox due to poor service for the price.

What a Great place to work out and relax as a family.. I loooove the spa and cafe.. healthy and well priced.. the staff is truly amazing and works hard to offer a clean environment.. offering wonderful activities for children and actually providing people with knowledgeable staff for a safe workout..
Horrible company. I have been a member on and off with lifetime for about three years. When I’m an active member I pay on average $300 a month. Anytime I ever deactivate they keep on billing me, and when I return, I find myself with $500-$900 bills. The last time I hadn’t been to the club in about six months and they continued to bill me. Against my better judgment, last year I paid the 900 and signed up for more abuse. Today, I’m on the road visiting from Boston. So I thought I’d drop into Franklin Tennessee before I get back on the road to Washington DC. I was looking forward to the consistency that this club has, a good workout, and good locker room facilities. However, I was told that no one was there they could answer any questions for me, no one could help me settle my bill, I couldn’t even pay the 500 if I wanted to, locally. I was instructed that I could if I wanted to work out for the day pay $75 or wait until 8 AM until the concierge member services arrived. This level of service is abysmal. For the price, one would think that you might get a little bit of service however, I’ve been treated as if it’s a privilege to do business with this company at every juncture. I do not recommend giving them your money, in middle Tennessee and many other parts of the country. The YMCA is much better and in other parts of the country equinox has far better customer service. -Martin J. Hansberry
I’ll explain why lifetime is 10/10 wonderful and essential for our health. Not only do they have everything you can imagine from a full gym, indoor and outdoor pool, bar and cafe, study area, kids lounge and daycare with poolside service - but their team is understanding and welcoming. We had a minor challenge that was easily and quickly taken care of by Emily in lifetimes daycare. She didn’t have to take care of us but she did and we really appreciate you Emily! We are also friends with a number of other team members like Abigail, Chad and Jessica and we appreciate the entire team. Thank you lifetime! You make our lives better. - Will and Alyson
Great facility, upscale and clean. Lots of different classes and programs to be apart of. Yoga, barre, cycle, conditioning, orange theory type classes. Literally anything you could want. Sauna, steam room and pool are just a bonus. Many options for personal trainers (so you’re not just stuck with the 1 or 2 that are at your gym). They even offer assisted stretching which is super convenient to do after my workouts. They also have a 3d movement analysis that tells you where you are tight and what percent mobility you have at each joint-a great way to track progress without relying on a scale.
Thanks for the breath of fresh air. I usually go on lots of walks, but this was a great change of pace for sure!! Such a beautiful place and nice people. Great energy. I did a cycling class with Brittany and i was a little nervous starting off, but she is truly a blessing to have as an instructor! I hope to be back in the future! Sometime, sooner, or later.
