Thanks to Optimal Pool Solutions for helping me diagnose a major issue with my pool. I had other pool companies out that were not as educated and truly didn’t care. James from Optimal was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. In addition, He installed a new pump and filter for me and educated me on how to use it in a very user friendly way. Showed up the next day to look at and fix an issue with my pool motor. First service call to my address and the tech was personable, efficient, skilled and got to work immediately. Fair price, too! I will use them for here on in!

When I had an issue a hot tub heater a few months Optimal was the only company to call me back, despite it being busy season. The lady I spoke with was great and stated it would be at least a week until they could come out. I ended up fixing the issue myself, which was an ignitor, but I never forgot their actions and ended up calling them back this past week. Very responsive and the pool tech that came out was courteous and took his time explaining some things with our hot tub setup. Would highly recommend.
