I needed a seal kit for my pool pump. After calling Leslies and Family leisure - neither had it in stock, then I gave Precision a call and they had one in stock. Got my pool back up and running in a jiffy. The staff was very friendly and I saw them help out other customers while I was waiting my turn. Will definitely give them some more of my business in the future.

Don't let the bible passages on the advertising sign outside fool you. These people were terrible to do business with. They have never heard of customer service. I had a problem with my spa they never could fix and yet kept charging me every time I called them out. I had a recurring error message that caused the pump to shut down and each time I would have them come to look at it, they blamed me for the way I was operating the spa and using the chemicals. When I finally went to another company, it was a relatively simple and inexpensive part on the pump that needed replacing and it has worked fine ever since. I took the bad part to show them and they still denied that was the issue. I took them up on their offer to send the part back to the manufacturer for testing. They said if it came back bad they would reimburse me for their service calls. Well the part tested bad but they did not stand by their offer to reimburse me. I really don't know how these folks remain in business and I will drive out of my way to find the spa products I need rather than patronize this business that is in my area

I buy my chlorine tablets and shock here. The tablets last much longer than Walmart, etc tablets. Friendly helpful staff.

I have been a customer for over 2 years and I would not go anywhere else. Sid and his entire staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Their sales and their service is excellent.

If you do business with this place, whatever you do do not ever call in and complain about any service or they will never do business with you again. I called in and complained about one guy a couple of times. Now here it is a little over a month before they were suppose to come out a drop in a new liner and they are bailing out. Now I've got to call another company and get on their waiting list.
