We recently did a make up class at this location and couldn't have been happier! Marcus and Amaris are wonderful instructors. My daughter adores them ! She is so comfortable with them ! Every location is so welcoming! You won't be disappointed signing your child up for lessons!

This swim school is absolutely amazing. The instructors are very nice, the office staff are the kindest and always very helpful with everything. Definitely 5 star.

Unprofessional and Uncaring Staff > "The staff at Five Star Swim School Edison are incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially the Assistant manager - Nicolas. He doesn't seem to care about anyone's geniune request or problems when a request was made to reschedule a make-up swim class as I had to go out of city on work assignment. No one seems to care about the children or their progress. Every single class is prepaid and costs money, simply by saying a makeup class in special circumstances can not be reschedules seems like it is a money making scam and the managemwnt has instructed there staff to rip off there customers on the pre-text of policy. A truly terrible experience dealing with Assistant manager." A Manager is to resolve a problem or provide a solution to a problem, simply washing away hand by saying it's our policy and nothing can be done for a class which is about to happen in the future was.clearly turned down. It feels like they are deliberately misleading customers and have no respect for their clients." I hope google had an option to give -ve star rating.... I would have definitely given that.... and im surprised how the five-star swim is still keeping such an assistant manager - Nicholas.... he definitely doesn't deserve to be a manager and doesn't assist any clients to provide a solution to the problem....or a part of a five-star swim...

My son has been here for a year and his swim skills have improved dramatically from the beginning of last year until now all thanks to the amazing instructors.
