Jan2023: Mother mature did a wonderful job. The ambiance was great and it felt majestic. Lots of trees everywhere, chilly, nice star gazing location and we saw Mars and Jupiter- what a bonus. Con: Parking when beach is open is about $10. Also not really safe for kids the lake is next to the road.

Loved this place. Helpful staff and nice amenities. The lake was beautiful. Lots of picnic tables and cooking areas, lots of parking. Bath house and showers were clean and kept that way by alert and competent staff.

Went on a Sunday @ 11am so it was rather busy. Secured a table closet to the water but parking was rather difficult to find. Water had a bit of a funny fish tank smell but that’s the lake for you. Drive was beauty with minimal traffic from NYC. Would go again.

This place is amazing. Summer or fall is amazing. It get very crowded but the spot and the view is cool. Picnic Area is pretty large, bathrooms are stocked and clean. We went on October 22nd and parking lot was full. Very nice place for picnicking and enjoy the view.
