What are people saying (AI review summary)? Swim Kids generally garners positive feedback, with many customers highly recommending the program. Instructors, such as Ari, Tasha, and Ty E, are frequently praised for their patience, kindness, knowledge, and ability to effectively teach and connect with children of all ages, including those with special needs. Families report seeing significant progress, with children quickly becoming comfortable and skilled swimmers. The punch pass system is also appreciated for its flexibility. However, one review expressed dissatisfaction due to a perceived rigid teaching approach that did not adapt to the child's needs, leading to a lack of progress and disengagement. This reviewer also noted unannounced price increases and poor customer service, suggesting the program might be more suitable for children who already possess basic swimming skills rather than absolute beginners.

We were referred to Swim kids by multiple people. Our daughter had the instructor Ari and she has loved her! Took her a few times to be comfortable but Ari never gave up and was so patient with her! We have loved seeing our little one open up and become a better swimmer.
We love Swim kids! My sis got my 2 year old a punch pass for Xmas. Her neighborhood has a pool so she wanted her niece to have some safety swim lessons. The punch pass has been amazing to try out the different instructors and get a feel for it. The instructors have all been patient and kind and have great techniques to teach her how to swim! I will be continuing her swim lessons after the punch pass and I feel like the price is a great value. (Tasha is an amazing swim instructor but they're all great)
We absolutely love Swim Kids in Layton! I take all four of my kids here, and they’re all thriving. The instructors are amazing—so encouraging, knowledgeable, and great at connecting with kids of all ages. It’s been such a positive experience for our family. Highly recommend!
We loved our experience at the Layton location with coach Ty E! She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, caring and fun! My son has ADHD and Autism and she was the best coach for him. He learned quickly and looked forward to his lessons each week. I can't recommend her enough!! We will miss her! Thanks Ty for everything!
My child loves it (just because she loves the water, but after starting this she is starting to not want to go) They don't try new things with the kids to help them out. Every kid learns different and it seems they just stick to the same thing over and over again even if it isn't working for them. My kid sits in there screaming for me and they just keep doing the same thing and dont try something else and come back to it. Some instructors are great but you just have to find the right one. I took her out of it because of that and also, they randomly up their prices without telling you and just laugh in your face when you ask about it. They said they sent out an email but I went through everything and did not see anything mentioning this. I would have loved to keep going but my daughter isn't even close to swimming after 3 months. This may be a good place to go if your kid already knows the basics and you just want to get them better at swimming but not for beginners.
