We have been thoroughly impressed by this Aqua tots team. Our 3 kids (age 4, 6 &7) have joined for 3 classes per week & have grown by leaps and bounds in their swimming abilities. Our 4 year old was more timid at first but the teachers were incredibly patient & great with kids. Now she loves class & is an independent and confident swimmer. The program to teach swim technique is streamlined. Each coach is trained well & our kids know what to expect from each class. Though the classes are group classes, each kid gets to be challenged individually & they give positive and valuable feedback after each class. The staff have also been so helpful with scheduling classes, a difficult task at times for a family with 3 kids. I would recommend Aquatots to any family looking to help their kids learn & be confident swimmers

The facility was very unsanitary. 1 instructor to 4 toddlers that can't swim? No on duty lifeguard or assistant instructors in case of an emergency. No whistles for alertness. This place is not safe.. I was on edge the entire session because the instructor turned her back on 3 squirming toddlers while working with 1. My son was DROWNING for at least 10 seconds if not longer… I'm literally crying this was the worst experience ever. & not one employee asked if I was okay after such an horrific accident. I will be reporting this to parks & recreation and everywhere else I need to.

Per the schools response: The school general manager was fully aware of the dangerous situation and near drowning. She called to offer the parents "a couple of months free!". The parents emphatically declined! There is nothing to discuss further. See other reviews with the same experience. Just sort by lowest reviews. Only 1 instructor for 4 toddlers which allowed a child to slip underwater, unnoticed on Saturday! Parents were banging on the viewing window to get the instructors attention. There should always be a spotter on the top watching the toddlers while the instructor's back is turned working with another child. Our grandkids will never return!
