The managers always claim things are out of their hands. They do not fix things in a timely manner. They send maintenance for an on going HVAC issue!!! It is triple digits outside and the AC has not worked in over 3 months!!! How is this legal? But they want you to pay your rent on time. I will be reaching out to corporate, and notify the health department being that people are on medication. Forcing people to spend nights at family members house instead of sleeping where rent is being paid!

This is the worse place to live. They say that they made improvements after Covid (LIES). The walls are thin (you can hear whatever happens next door), the management is terrible and they are pretty dishonest. The dog park is super stinky and all the place smells terrible, the unit has mold and bugs, and they barely clean the unit to rent you (the dryer was full of dog hair, I don’t have pets). Some people there are not “the best ones” , in two opportunities I had unknown people trying to enter my unit and I had to call the police (in the office they did nothing) and even I had little plants outside my door they got stolen. Please do you a favor, don’t move here, you can find better places and with lower prices.

I was first told the rent price was 849 for the one bed. That is what they were advertising. Then once i signed my lease they told me 879. Hmm. Weird. Oh well i thought. I moved into a unit that was roach infested and was not cleaned before move in. I was not allowed to see my until day of move in either. I later told them i was a student a whole month after signing my lease to get the $20 off a month on the rent price. I called to see why my rent wasn’t down to 859 and i was told it was because the rent price is originally 899 for an “updated unit”. This place is not worth nearly $899. Roach infested and dirty and in a not so great area. Avoid this place at all costs. I regret moving in!!

Alma was very nice. Showed me an apartment she was also willing to wave my application fee which was so need nd helpful for me at this time. Thanks again Alma?????I moved in sooooo happy thinking I found the best places after living were I was for 9 yrs God please go befor me nd make this wrong right😡😡🤦🏽♀️my ice box has been throwing out drit since I moved in on the 3rd nd the office tells me that they can’t get my own ice box.. then she’s says if I move there ice box out I have to pay for there’s this is awful😡😡😡I haven’t been able to buy food because I don’t wasn’t dirt on my frozen food nor do I want it on my dry food? God don’t like ugly nd ppl need to understand that.. know matter if your lessening or buying. I’m not happy? I also moved in thinking I was hela two bed two bath well upon arrival I was giving a apartment with one bathroom😡😡😡😡😡😡JESUS pls save me bc I’m praying I can go a whole yr here

Loved living here thus far! super nice ladies in the office, very decent apartments for the price, and haven't had any issues mechanically that weren't fixed within the day or 2. only big issue was us having a mouse that came into our place after a big storm. haven't seen it in a long time and the office and maintenance was quick to set out traps and help us!
