We love our new pool enclosure! From initial consultation to permitting and installation, they exceeded our expectations. Excellent workmanship for a reasonable price with a nice group of people. I would highly recommend.

We got 5 bids for a large birdcage of over 500 sq ft. This company was the most reasonable with a 10-12 week completion date. We had only one hiccup regarding application of the ARC approval two months after signing our contract. They did ask for $1,000 deposit, acceptable to us. The dome shaped roof line for our job was suggested. Liked that better than other companies who said they had to do the mansard roof. The construction crew lead by Marshall were courteous, there when promised. We had another birdcage built on our prior home less than one year ago by a different contractor who also did quality work but their bid was much higher with an 8-month start date. Marshall was conscientious, experienced and courteous. Our inspector with Sumter county said our birdcage was “well constructed.” Despite the ARC delay they still had our job done in 12 weeks. Jimmy, the owner was available by phone and email and promptly returned my calls/emails without issues.

Made a appointment to get an estimate for a complete pool enclosure rescreen . The original appointment time was supposed to be 12:30. Called them around 1pm and was informed that we were scheduled for 3pm. Got a call from them at 3:15 stating that they went to the wrong address and wanted to know if it would be okay to reschedule for 4pm the next day. Their estimator was heading to Eustis for his next appointment an couldn’t stop by on his way because he lives in Umatilla and was heading home after his next appointment. If a company can’t find time , after wasting half of my day , they do not deserve my business.

Their work volume is quite high so our wait in the queue was longer than we would have liked, but worth it. The work and workmanship are both very good, and the price was both affordable and quite reasonable. If you're not in a hurry, I highly recommend.
