Kids First Swim School is top notch. The staff does an amazing job in and out of the water. Mr. Jim did a great job instructing my daughter during the short period of time that she was in his class. He teaches the techniques in a way that his students can understand and quickly demonstrate them in the water. Janet and Rachel are friendly, accommodating and helpful. The front desk is a busy place and it is managed very efficiently. From finding the perfect class to setting up a swim party, they do it all well and in such a pleasant and patient way. Throughout the school, information is posted that is informative which is another plus of this program.I truly appreciate the staff at Kids First and would definitely recommend this swim school.

This is an excellent place for swimming lessons and for those who have a personal need for/ relationship with the water. Jim is a wonderful human being and an excellent instructor. Always being encouraging and inspiring, he not only is patient with you but also teaches you to be patient with yourself, which I find very key to individual progress and success in swimming and in real life as well. Janet is an amazing manager. She’s professional and also super friendly and welcoming. Knowledgeable and instructive, she’ll teach you whatever you need regarding swimming/ working out in the water, even things like skin care, hair protection, etc. All staff members are kind, friendly, and helpful. One last thing: looking around the facility and paying attention to it, there’s always something to learn: an inspiring statement, a helpful reminder, an informative post for personal practice, and the like. If you’re looking for a place for swimming lessons, either for you or your kids, Kids First in Broomall will be the right choice. If you just come across this name and are interested in it, try it out. The instructors, manager, and staff will meet you where you are and accompany you throughout your water adventure.

Highly Recommend Kids First Swim School! We've been with Kids First Swim for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier! My son's instructor, Mr. Jim, has done an absolutely wonderful job. He’s not only skilled at teaching all the essential swimming techniques, but also brings a fun, patient, and encouraging approach that really connects with my son who is 4 years old. Thanks to Mr. Jim, my son has grown so much in confidence and ability in the water. It's clear that he looks forward to every lesson. We are very happy with the quality of instruction and the positive environment here! We plan to continue with Kids First Swim and highly recommend it to any parents looking for a great place for their children to learn and thrive in the water!

The entire staff is phenomenal, friendly, very nice and helpful. I love my girls Janet, Makayla and Rachel. My daughter learnt how to swim in a short space of time with all the dedicated hard work from her instructors, Mr. Jim (excellent), Joseph and others. The instructors have a great deal of patience with the kids and I truly appreciate the staff at Kids First Swim School - Broomall and would definitely and highly recommend this swim school. The facility is always clean and well kept.
