What are people saying (AI review summary)? Menlo Pool is highly regarded for its excellent facilities, which include multiple slides, a lazy river, diving boards, whirlpools, and rock walls, offering entertainment for all ages. The staff, from the front desk to lifeguards and cleaning crew, consistently receive praise for their amazing professionalism, friendliness, and welcoming attitude, with management commended for effective training. Guests generally find it to be a good value, particularly the $10 non-resident day pass after 5 PM, making it a popular spot for birthday parties and summer relief. While the facilities are mostly clean and up-to-date, one review specifically noted that the bathrooms could use updating and better cleanliness. Some users also felt the swim test required for slides was too stringent for younger children, and there were mixed perceptions regarding the overall cost of non-resident day passes.

Not a member but I do buy the day pass. It’s the best value of any of the pools in this area. It’s only $10 after 5pm for non-residents. I do have a membership at another local pool and it costs $25 for any guests I bring. Way too much. But $10 is the right price. It has 2 slides diving boards and a lazy river. Definitely the best pool in the area.
Great spot except if you’re buying a day pass and you’re not a resident. Expensive
I just wanted to say how amazing the staff is here. These young people running the front desk and the lifeguards and the cleaning staff! I was blown away by the professionalism of these youth, especially the girl who checked me in. You guys are great!! And kudos to the management training them so well!
We had bday party for our 10 years old and everyone had a blast! Impressed with all the staff— friendly and welcoming, special thanks for Danielle for taking care of us and Jim to put thing’s together ahead of time We got private tent, kids loved whirlpool and lazy river Everything was clean and up to date One thing — I wish they would have easier swim test for their slide. The waterslide seems is good to 5+ years old but you need to pass swim test as for about 10+ years old to use it For one day party we had really good time! Not pricey and good place to escape the heat in summer!
Took my 7 yo son to a birthday party here for our 1st experience @ Menlo. We were REALLY impressed by the facility! My son loved all the water slides and rock walls, etc. there is something for all ages here. He passed the deep water test in 1 try (swim 2 laps and tread for 1 minute) so he could use everything. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. I would give 5 stars if the bathroom was updated a bit and kept cleaner. It was rather drab and smelly. Will come back again this summer!
