Tama provided outstanding service. Very professional. And their saltwater hot tub is insane. We love it. It's powerful if you want it to be. There are lights and a waterfall. Really high-end. I highly recommend the hot tubs located at the Jamison, PA, location for Spring Dance Hot Tubs. Life is short. Go get it!

I just wanted to share my positive experience with Spring Dance. I purchased a grande tub from them about three years ago, and it has been nothing short of fantastic. The service provided has been consistently excellent, and even after all this time, the salesperson was extremely helpful when we had a question about the tub. I can't recommend them highly enough – they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

We had a fantastic experience with Spring Dance in Jamison, PA. William is absolutely incredible — a truly attentive salesperson who covers every detail. He takes the time to educate you without ever pushing or using any pressure tactics. The entire experience feels personal, with all the attention on you and your needs. Here’s what really sets William apart, in my opinion: after my hot tub was delivered and installed by my electrician, William personally drove out to my house. He inspected everything, gave me a full “class” on how to use it, tested the water, and meticulously went over everything I needed to do — each time I use it, every week, every month. He knew there was a lot of information to take in and broke it down patiently, step by step. This kind of incredible hand-holding service is rare and so appreciated. Also, a shout-out to the scheduling department — they were very attentive and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend Spring Dance if you want top-notch service and support every step of the way!

I bought a hot tub about 3 year ago. The tub is leaking so I called to get it serviced. Someone came out and determined it was a severe leak that need to be brought back to the shop to get repaired. The hot tub is covered under warranty. I didn't hear back so I left a message with the service department. I then received an email that it would take several months to have them fix it. I wrote back and expressed my dissatisfaction and did not understand why I received an email instead of a call back. They told me that I would be put to the top of the list which means I now I have to wait about 6 weeks. I exchanged more emails with the person who sold me the tub and received no additional help. I do not know about the quality of all the tubs that are being sold but I do know that mine has issues and defects. When I pushed about why it would take so long just to bring it back to their shop, it was expressed to me that they are overloaded with other tubs. I am under the impression that many other tubs are also having issues so I will not be recommending to anyone to buy a hot tub from Spring Dance. Maybe this bad review will get someone's attention.
