What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed bag of experiences across the facility's offerings. The golf course receives praise for being in excellent shape with GPS-equipped carts, unique holes, and a natural setting by some, suggesting a fun and challenging experience. However, other golfers heavily criticized the course for its awful condition (specifically teeboxes and firm greens) given the high price, leading to frustration. Pace of play is a significant negative across multiple golf reviews, with reports of slow groups, long waits, and staff failing to effectively manage it. Customer service regarding refunds was also a point of contention for one golfer. Separately, the pool area receives strong negative feedback from multiple reviewers due to a ban on footballs, even soft ones designed for pool use, which patrons feel ruins the fun and is an arbitrary rule given other types of balls are still permitted.

A great course in excellent shape. Golf carts have GPS yardage and hole layout. Natural wooded setting gives back 9 a completely different look. A number of unique and challenging holes. Fun to play
Dry. But fairways and greens are in great shape if you're under a 10+ handicap. Unfortunately the golfers here are definitely not that. I stopped after the front 2.5+ hours and they offered a rain check for 50% of what I paid. Instead of saying sorry, I got excuses from someone I wasn't asking for excuses from (Tom). Clearly triggered by people who aren't being polite when they are asking for their money back. Tee Times should be every 15 minutes if your greens are rolling a 10 or higher considering the level of golfer you are attractive to. Only reason I'm coming back is because you didn't offer me all my money back.
Banned footballs which ruins the fun. They were too lazy to come up with a different solution like banning balls that are not meant for the pool. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you are planning to either sit or swim in circles. If you want to play ball I would recommend Fanny Chapman because this place is not it!
Course was in awful condition for how much i had to pay. For $80 dollars the teeboxes and greens were some of the worst i played in my entire life. If you landed your ball anywhere on the green it was not staying on so you had to roll your approaches on. They were that firm it was insane. Also had 2 slow groups in front of use just not playing pace of play and even the starter coming over to us and saying they are playing slow but nothing we can do about it. Wasted 5 hours of my life and 87$ cause a hotdog is $7 here. Only thing i can say nice about it was the water stations. There were a lot of them and they were cold but that was the only good thing i can say about this course. Save your money!
While I can’t review the spa and golf course for I have not been, I can say the pool is becoming non-enjoyable. Footballs of all kind are currently banned. This is completely ridiculous especially when you realize many footballs brought are soft and squishy and meant for the pool! The one thing that makes it even worse is that they allow other balls! I have personally seen harder balls thrown around and been hit by them. Banning Footballs didn’t solve any problems it made them worse for that reason the pool get’s 1 star
