Several friends of mine are members at BAC , so I wanted to become a member too. I decided to try a few times as a guest and see if the classes/facility fit my needs, so I went as a guest of my friend. First few times it was good and smooth. But the last time I went there the woman at the front desk asked me to register in the system. I provided my ID but front desk asked to take a photo to put in the system. I said I don’t feel comfortable about it since I am only there as a guest (not yet a member that needs to be identified by a photo in the system), and I don’t have to be photoed even when I went to public facilities like hospital/government office as long as I provided a photo ID. I am not gonna argue about their policy what I want to review here is how RUDE the front desk was. She spoke very rude and in a condescending way, interrupted me many time, and even asked me to leave even though she was the rude one. I was there as a customer and not to be treated like I was being interrogated. She could have communicated in a nice and professional way. This is the first time in many years I was treated so rudely. I am not sure if the management is aware of how rude, disrespectful, and incompetent your front desk is (this female front desk specifically, Thursday evening shift), but she is turning your customer away.. On the other hand, I am glad I tried as guest first, definitely not gonna purchase the membership, BAC is not the only gym in this area, try somewhere else.

I recently switched from LA Fitness to Bethany Athletic Club, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The gym is incredibly clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the facilities are always well-maintained. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. I highly recommend this gym

Absolutely love this gym. We’ve been going for several years and they have made so many improvements and often make changes based on feedback. Their bistro is delicious and they now have two separate gym areas. The pools and hot tub are great. The people who work there are all very friendly. We know almost everyone who works there and they are all thoughtful and kind folks. The Kids Central is so helpful and my son has loved going there for years. We love the whole environment of this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Bethany Athletic Club! The facility is top-notch, offering a wide variety of classes that cater to all fitness levels and interests. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, creating such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the cafe—it’s spacious, inviting, and perfect for grabbing a healthy snack or even doubling as a remote work spot. It’s such a versatile space and a great perk for members. For families, the daycare program, BKids, is an absolute gem. The staff there is incredible, and it makes working out so much easier knowing the kids are in great hands and having fun. Bethany Athletic Club truly has something for everyone and has become such an important part of our lives. We couldn’t be happier to be members!
